She is a successful, well respected, analytical, proactive, and result-oriented aggressive legal counsel with an interest in Corporate Law with over thirteen (13) years professional experience in the Republic of Kenya. High profile advocate with proven track record in high profile litigation, election petitions, and commercial matters locally and internationally.
Possesses a solid background in matters of Civil Litigation, Election Law, Public Procurement Law, Commercial Law, Arbitration and Real Estate. Has excellent research, writing and presentation skills. Adapts quickly to new environments and thrives on multiple tasks. Has strong leadership skills, and has built strong coalitions that achieve positive results for clients in complex multiparty litigations.
The firm is a member of Kenya Private sector Alliance. She is now a member of International Commission of Jurists, (ICJ) and International Chamber of Commerce Kenya( ICCK)
On the 9th December 2024, Ms. Jemator was appointed to serve as a Commissioner with the Commission on Administrative Justice ( Office of the Ombudsman). She has therefore taken a Six (6) year sabbatical leave to serve the Country Kenya. She leaves behind a strong, experienced and dedicated staff led by the Senior Partner Gloria Awuor.
